David Arnold Music have just finished work recording, editing and mixing the new theme for SKY News HD, which is re-launched today to coincide with the UK’s 2010 general election.
The recording sessions at Angel Studios in London featured the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra’s full 60-piece line-up, utilising over 132 channels of audio over the two days.
The music editing, sound design, effects and audio mixing took David Arnold and Gareth Williams a further five full days work – all for only 18 seconds of audio !
